We try to keep information accurate, but doctor profiles, insurance, addresses, phone numbers, hours, and services may change. Please confirm directly with the clinic or doctor before visiting.

When you submit doctor information, photos, webpage links, comments, forms, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe others' rights. You authorize BestFamilyDoctorUS to use, edit, format, publish, or remove such content to provide website services, display doctor profiles, improve content, and prevent abuse.

4. Doctor Profile Submissions and Updates
Any user may submit or complete doctor profile information. To reduce mistaken edits and abuse, we may require a U.S. mobile SMS verification code when an existing doctor profile is updated. After a non-whitelisted mobile number successfully updates one doctor profile, that number may be limited to updating only the same doctor profile. We reserve the right to reject, withdraw, edit, review, or restore profile information.

5. SMS Verification Terms
When you request to save changes to a doctor profile, you may enter a U.S. mobile number to receive a one-time verification code. SMS messages are used only to verify profile update requests. Message frequency depends on how often you request a code. Message and data rates may apply.
You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages and HELP for help. Verification codes must not be shared with others. You agree to use only a mobile number that you are authorized to use.
6. 禁止行为

- 上传恶意文件、垃圾内容、自动化滥用请求或干扰网站运行。

- 规避安全、验证码、访问限制或滥用短信服务。
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Submitting false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, unlawful, or malicious content.
- Editing another person's doctor profile without authorization or impersonating a doctor, clinic, patient, or organization.
- Uploading malicious files, spam, automated abusive requests, or interfering with website operation.
- Scraping, copying, or commercially using website data unless you have written permission.
- Circumventing security, verification codes, access limits, or abusing SMS services.

BestFamilyDoctorUS does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, costs, insurance coverage, or medical outcomes of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property
Website design, text, layout, code, marks, and database structure belong to BestFamilyDoctorUS or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or use them for a competing service without permission. Public doctor information you submit remains subject to the authorization described in these Terms.
